Hyaluronic acid is a humectant that attracts and binds moisture from the atmosphere onto the skin.
The smallest hyaluronic acid molecules absorb on the deepest level of the skin to replenish dryness and aid firmness. Larger, medium-sized molecules next repair and bridge water molecules together within the skin, while the largest hyaluronic acid molecules form a protective shield on the skin's surface, preventing future water loss.
