30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns:

The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, unopened (for applicable products), with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Important:

Skincare products, face masks, or any other products that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns.
Items returned without prior confirmation from us will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to buyer issues (e.g., changing your mind, ordering the wrong item), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to seller errors (e.g., incorrect or defective items), reiwatakiya will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@reiwatakiya.com to request a return. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
Wait for our confirmation and instructions. Returns must be authorized by reiwatakiya before they can be sent back.
Ship the item back to the address provided in our confirmation email.
Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@reiwatakiya.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Skincare products, face masks, or any items that have been opened or used.
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
Custom or personalized products.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product following the steps above. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

POPUKI reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions specified in this policy.
Any reduction in the item's value due to improper handling by the buyer may result in a partial refund.
